Paul & Virginie Hotel & Spa are now under the care of David Picquenot!
A native of Brittany, he grew up in Monaco where he gained his spurs in the food business, notably by completing his BTS in ‘Hotel Business and Restaurants’ and working in many famous places including the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel. He also worked in the prestigious ski resort of Gstaad in Switzerland before coming to Mauritius where he was the ‘Restaurant Manager’ at the Château de Bel Ombre and Annabella’s at the Heritage Le Telfair for one year. This year, the group offered him a new challenge at Veranda Paul & Virginie, where he will no doubt use his expertise to breathe new life into the eating experience.
